Man, I thought you meant your pyr for a minute there. lol
I'd go to GNC and see about getting some NO2 or NO2 Black. It's a great muscle builder. When you lift weights (even in small lbs) you'll see a perpetual gain...not a water gain like other products. It's also got a nice side effect of clearing skin and making hair shinier. :)

Get the vids but don't forget to eat right (lots of small meals) and take a few supplements. The NO2 is really, really good. Also creatine and regular daily vitamins.

My husband has it, and it totally defined all his muscles. And he only got to day 60, I think, and then he threw his back doing something else, and he's not gotten back to it. I've started doing the ab DVD, and I went and bought some little 5 pound weights for me. You'll need a pull up bar if you do get it. IF you stick with it, you will definitely see results.

Yeah, the infomercial ppl are way too excited about it, lol. IF you stick with it, it will kick your butt, but you will see a difference. I did the shoulders and arms workout, and I can feel a difference in my arms, and I only used a 5 pound weight. And I can do half of a pullup without a chair now.

Hcromley...good job. I agree with Cerbiesmom. Start with chair pullups and then work your way up to a full pullup. It may take a while but if you keep trying you will do at least one and probably more. Good that you quit soda. I would say that you should not take creatine. Unless you are working out to body build and even then the research is sketchy. For every portion you take you must drink ungodly amounts of water because you can dehydrate and many people get muscle cramps. I have seen people in the gym drop the bar across their chest because of muscle cramps. The supplements you should take should not have anything to do with building muscle or losing fat. If you eat right as Lovemylabs said and work out. You can take things for general health like fish oil, E, etc. but much of the stuff for muscle heads does not have a lot of good research behind it. Great job.
