at least the charges were upgraded to felony! If it were a human it would NEVER have been considered a misdemeanor in the first place. It's time animals got the same consideration as humans! Grrrrr! Let's go string the guy up!!! Train leaves at noon.....who's coming with me??? LOL

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. I kinda suspect that the case will be one of HE SAID, SHE SAID and it will be dismissed.
I wonder why she didn't stop the dog from barking and bring it inside for a while at least to ease the tension. If she left the dog outside and it continued to bark, she was a contributing factor in the dog's attack. IMHO
Just goes to show you that you have to keep your animal under control and under close supervision, as people who are upset think nothing of taking their frustration out on the vulnerable. :mad:
