Went to my first dog show today. I entered Ty. He did so good for his first time. The people there said he was a show stopper. He however didn't place because he is in the middle of a bully and a standard. So for January when the next show is, he needs to lose weight so he can be in the standard class. Even the judge told me that he will place right away if I can make that happen.
I am so excited. I even had people going nutso over his pedigree, going wow how did you get this dog. I have been trying for years to get one of her dogs, hahaha. I just tell them he was a gift from God.
His breeder sells her pups for over 2 grand. She gave Ty to me.
I always have thought the world of my boy, but then when you have people telling you how great he is makes it all the better.
I am so glad I did this.

Oh, how fun. Take some pictures. I have a video of Ty in the ring but it was taken by my 9 year old and it didn't turn out very good. NKC shows are like cake walk, they are so relaxed and the dogs can even wear there prong collars. It makes life easier.
