I believe when buying a dog, you should be able to see it, and hold it before paying for it.
Be very careful asking that on the internet. You will be contacted by scammers who will be happy to take your money and you will not get a dog.

Hi and welcome to the site. I would find a very reputable breeder that has references. These are dogs that you want to check into thoroughly to make sure everything checks out, temperament first of all. Good luck in your search.

Definitely need to see the dog just like said. There are many things to look for in a good dog and you can't possibly know any of that unless you spend time with the dog first. Always asked to see the parents and living envirnment so you don't end up with a sickly pup. Lots to check out
