I had a puppy lilke that and I hung out at the park alot. We just sat back away from all the action and I played with her and gave her alot of treats so she learned that being around people was a fun thing. The more comfortable she got the closer to people we got then eventually she would let them pet her. I gave her alot of treats and now she cant wait to reach a new person. Just take your time and keep encouraging yours. She ?? will get comfortable eventually. Just don't push her too fast. Anyway it worked for us. She will pretty soon become a therapy dog when she is old enough.

Sounds like she is barking out of fear.
I am sure someone here will have excellent way to train your puppy to alleviate the fear.
Welcome and Good Luck with this.

Hi,
I agree with the advice given - keep at it, puppies who are not well socialised can be a handfull when they get big!!!
