I am so excited: Its offical! I get to show Malcome, the Westie I have been gooming on for the past ... quite a few months.
At first I didnt think I was going to show him. The owners put him in Bred By...so I didnt say anything, thinking I was just going to go to support...no hard feelings really...
But today we were talking to a neighbore and she asked "well who is going to show him" and his owner said "Meredith is since shes been grooming him of course...!"
I am so honared to be able to handle him at this point. But I am sure most people that know the kennel name will know I am not the dogs breeder?
Oh well! I am so nervous...because a show dog is totally diffrent from a obedience dog...this dog has no training whatsoever....even in stacking!
I took him out on the lead today and it was very clumsy because hes never been on a leash...
Going to be a crazy week!
