Thanx! I'm 1.45 from Calgary, just near the Porcupine Hills. I have 2 dogs, Bandit, an 8-month-old Bichon Shi Tsu/Miniature Dachshund x and a 3-year-old white shepherd x named P.J. I also have a 7-year old cat named Traveller and a 12-year-old heinz 57 gelding named Sparkles. All but 1 of my critters are rescues. Bandit just kind of "happened" last summer; my friend's Bichon Shi Tsu, Jasmine got knocked up by a stray Mini Dachshund (who has since found a good, loving home) and she happily gave me Bandit. He looks NOTHING like his mom- kind of resembles a pittbull x that I've seen on our outings. P.J. came from the local vet clinic. He "chose" my then-2-year-old son. They're still best buds. Sparkles came from the meat wagon and I brought Travellor home as a 2-week-old orphan after I had to put my previous cat down due to a breech birth. I guess I made an impression on our vet because she called me up at work and asked if I could take him. All of my critters get along; I sometimes think that Travellor thinks that he's a dog as my Dad's shepherd Duchess became his protector. So that's my zoo.
