Just a thought, but have you considered rescuing a pup? They make the most wonderful pets and you can actually save a life!

Amen to that! Most of my critters are rescues and they couldn't be more loving! If you're looking for a family pet, why not save a life too? You'll never regret the decision. :D

Oh yes, in fact I would prefer to save a puppy! But the animal rescue shelters in los Angeles do not have any Japanese Spitz puppies for adoption.
It is a rare breed, and the cost for one is on an average of $1500.

I feel I'm out of options and will have to choose on a different breed to adopt =(

Hhhmmm...I spent only 15 minutes on the internet and came up with these breeders all in the US, some with puppies available now, and others with litters planned..although somewhat a rare breed it wasn't THAT hard to find breeders in the US. :confused:
