We just returned from a trip from So Calif to Washington state with 2 dogs one that had not been too good at riding. WE got him a crate like the one he sleeps in at home and put it under the dining table, so that he would feel at home. We had no troubles at all. Before we had to give hom tranqualizers but after the first day he was fine. In fact the outher dog even got in the ctate with him I guess she thought he was getting something special.If you have had this problem thry this on a short trip first.

Thanks, i'm definitely going to give this a try with my overexcited Siddy - the Kelpie cross. She so loves to go in the car and i would love to take her more but just cant stand the barking.
