RULE--dog & people friendly a MUST! all must be altered after the age of 6mos.:D although dogs will be dogs & there are a few that butt heads but we have squirt guns that we use & we break it up before it snowballs...that's when it sucks! they get time out, but they're few & far between;)

they're in the yard(weather permitted-we have inside area but not as lg. as the yard) 7am-12noon, inside own individual kennel for 2hr nap(most really do)-treats, water ect..summer=baby pools, they love it!
back in yard 2-5. daycare are kenneled then we close @ 7pm. boarders, which do the same program as daycare(out w/) are fed @ 6pm(breakfast @ 6:30am) then out in yard 2 more times till 10:30pm...long day =very tired but happy pups & owners as well:D

it's a great job! & great time! i adore all, okay, more than most, there's a few that get on my nerves(constant barkers, bullies=dont play but bark & stalk the ones who do ect...).

i've been 9yrs, all mine were raised goin to work w/ me @ least 3, mostly 5 days a wk. sadly as g matured he became very dog aggressive...mostly male(& he's altered too) so he's not permitted in the yard:( . he does have a few "special" friends(4 & 2 are weims.;) )that when all are in for nap, i'll let them out(monitoring them of course). he mostly hangs in the front office(behind counter) & greets the clients...he eats that up:rolleyes:

Thats nice, i am glad you enjoy it. But ya, i cannot stand when a dog just will stnad there and bark for no reason!
