Hot spots?

my dog had something on his ding-dong,lol, awile ago. 2 weeks mabe. It looked like a rash mabe, of herpes kindda. We did not thinktomuch of it though because he was at the dog park a few days before. We though mabe he got scratched alot.But now that i think of it.... it might be hots spots. Ilookedup thingson the enternet,and it looks like what he had. But do hots spots accure, and reacure. Go away for awil, then come back. Becuase they are gone now.Somthing to be concerned about?

sounds more like he had a rash, maybe allergic to a plant he walked past or something he has been lying on
