Hi, my name is Claudia and i'm 40 years old...i live with three Bordeauxdogs and my husband in a little town near by Duesseldorf..it called Meerbusch...my dogs are seven and eight years old and we have a little puppy named Vanity, she is 17 weeks old.
please forgive me my very terrible english, i could'nt it better :(

Those are beautiful dogs. How do you get around with all of them? How hard is it to add another dog with that breed? I have 4 border collies, 10.5 years, 8 years, 3.5 years, and 17 months. Adding dogs is always a challenge but more because of the differences in temperment and personality. I lived in Germany in 1972 with my husband when he was in the service in Kulsheim for 14 months. I loved your country and the people. What actiities do you do with your dogs? :D

first of all, thanks for the compliments for my dogs! and now i will try to answer your questions :-)
It is not so hard, cause they had a very good education ;-)
..this breed is very kindful and peacefully...they do not have a problem with one another. of course, my puppy is educated by the adults, but they also lying together and close in their baskets...(i hope this is english:rolleyes: )
and the temperament is the same, only the personality is naturally different, but this is no problem.

What actiities do you do with your dogs? :D

no acitivities:D this breed is very calm and phlegmatic, three times on day go out, is sufficiently...more activities they don't like...

from which country do you come from? and four Border Collies, i think thats really hard work...this breed is a very intelligent, and they are workers, right? i like this race, but i dont have so many time, to satisfied all they needs...

I am from the U.S. Border collies keep you on your toes both mentally and physically. They are so intelligent that you must always keep them stimulated both physically and mentally. They love work. They love to please. A 3 hour hike in the mountains is like a walk around the block for other breeds;)

welcome claudia your dogs are beautiful and you write english very well, i have a friend with baudeuxs and they play well with my dobermanns but they soon stop and lay down whilst my gang run around in circles trying to get them to play more they are a lovely breed. hope you enjoy the site :D

Vanity is super cute! The older ones are cute too but you gotta love the little one. She looks like she will be running the pack within a few months!
