Has the dog had an obedience class where you have a good recall? Under what conditions does this behavior typically happen?

do not let off lead untill dog will come back on call
get something that will keep dogs interest such as food or toys.
run in oppersite direction if dog will not come back
sit on floore and cry laught to get attention.
DO NOT CHASE THE DOG
change recall if learnt to egnore original command.
play recall games in the house with the family like calling from memeber to member or room to room:)
