Thats absolutely terrible. I would never put one of my animals in one of these things. Seriously, this would traumatize the hell out of any animal. Stupid stupid stupid. I feel bad for that poor cat in the video.

That poor cat was obviously panicking and was scared for its life!
Those machines should be banned. It is soooo easy to wash a cat, you dont need to resort to cruel and inhumane methods such as this.
When I get a client who wants an aggressive cat done, they are put into a small kitty container and washed in the hydrobath. If its a nice kitty, it can be done by hand just like a dog. But anyways....why wash a shorthaired cat??? They clean themselves very well and if they get a bit dirty use a sponge and just wipe them down!!!

I agree with J. They will NOT get ahold of that cat anytime soon. I feel sorry for the cat. I would never have put a cat near, or in, that much water...ever! :eek: That's just asking for trouble. I bet they played the music to cover their laughter and the watching peoples gasps of horror that they actually did this in a place of business. poor kitty :(

Is it just me or has anyone else heard that cats don't need to be bathed??? I have learned that cats are very well groomed animals, with the exception of a long hair cat; they need to be brushed and bathed. That cat in the video was short haired! :confused: :confused:

Cats bathe themselves, really. I haven't ever given my cats baths. Funny though, one of my cats always liked to jump in the shower with me, was not afraid of water at all. Another one would stand on the ledge of the bathtub in between the showers curtains. Creepy cats ;; lmao.
