I have a Greman Shepherd named Georgia, she is a little over 2 now, she is AKC registered, allthough I have had her spayed. I never thought that she would make it this long, and I was just wondering if anyone else has had an experience with their pet like mine. I have to admit that I would not have purchased her, BUT, she would not leave me alone, so I felt like if she wanted me that bad, that I had to have her. She was 12 weeks old then and by 15 weeks old she was a very sick girl, vomiting, diahera, and would not eat, would drink plenty, but, I could not get her to eat, then when I could get her to eat some, she would get sick. We were at the vets EVERY week, for months, tests and tests, and they all showed nothing. Even though the test for problems with her pancreas came up negative, everything pointed to that, so we started her on meds to calm her tummy, and digestive powders for her food, and she still would not eat, I mean it would be like a party around here when the dog ate her food!! I finnally found some natural digestive powder, WAY cheaper, all natural and no side affects or taste, also a product called N'zymes, which I'm not exactly sure how, but, I am sure these products helped her greatly. At about a little over a year old, she started eating, her tummy still gets upset a lot, and she still has some issues, I think, she seems to stumble a lot, mainly on her back legs will just fall out from under her, she does not take any meds now, except for the N'zyme's, she eats regular food now, well, all natural food. She IS very happy and VERY spoiled as you can imagine, she rules me!! LOL If anyone does have a pet with digestive problems, I would greatly recommend Dr. Goodpet's powder, it is less expensive, and no taste. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else is at a loss, even after extensive testing!! Thanks!! :)

I have one with some mild digestive problems, but not that extent. I'm glad she is doing better. Where did you get her digestive powder? If I can find it, I would like to try it.
