I don't know what it is, but it seems like after Noodle's bath, he actually stinks more then before he went in.. and the doggie shampoo used smells amazing (and costed $15.00, LOL), so shouldn't he? Will it be different when he's completely dry? Is there something else I can do to make him smell better?

He should smell alot better once dry:)
I am afraid most dogs smell when wet,Luckily Jody loves the hair dryer so she just sit there waiting to be dried, and once dry she smells lovely,so hopefully Noodle will be smelling wonderful soon:D

Yesss, he absolutely smells TONS better now. At the moment of writing that, I was shielding my whole face with a pillow! LOL, and I could still smell his stinkyness. I was afraid that was going to stay.. I'll remember next time to make my fiance bathe him, and I'm going out for a few hours! LOL

Here's a quick tip. Make sure you thoroughly wet the dog and lather, lather. lather. Then rinse and repeat. Make sure you wash the legs, tummy, bottom(lol), and head properly, lots of ppl miss those bits. Use a no more tears formula shampoo for the head and face and make sure you lather behind the ears, between the eyes, down the nose and all over the muzzle. If its no more tears you wont have to worry about getting it in his eyes.
This is one of the first lessons a groomer learns, dont just wash the body, get all the little intricate bits and ESPECIALLY the face, thats where you kiss your dog, so you wanna make it smell nice!
Maybe also invest in a doggy cologne. I have many different ones but my alltime fave is the "baby powder" one, it is soooo nice.
