I am fed up with dog owners not picking up their dogs mess. It is very dirty. Probably a lot of dog owners do pick it up but a lot don't either.

Must be a global problem because I complain about the same thing. We have beautiful walking trails all through my city and I carry bags in my pocket all the time for "stoop and scoop" I embarrass people all the time when I catch them letting their dogs go without picking it up. I hand them a bag.
Because I live in town the sidewalk in fron of my house is where a lot of people walk their dogs. I get really upset and yell at people who let their dogs do their business on my front lawn and garden.
