Cookie baking!

I'm baking cookies all day for my trip to VA..

Do you guys have any tips to baking the perfect cookie or any special cookies you bake?


I'm cheap! I'm using the premixed package things! LOL

I don't cook or bake, I leave that up to my 12 year old. She wants to be a chef when she grows up and she loves to fiddle in the kitchen. Who am I to oppose it saves me from having to do it. LOL

I don't have any tips, I just pretty much follow the recipe. You can buy a box of Brownie mix and make that.

Where in VA are you going? I have family in VA Beach. Is this a vacation?

Yes, we have family in Norfolk..we are going to Williamsburg though, for Busch Gardens, Water Country, and Colonial Williamsburg. More importantly, we're going to see all our family, the ones in Pennsylvania too.

I have a really strong bond with my cousins, we're more like sisters then cousins (We always say god mad us cousins because our mothers wouldn't have been able to handle it if we were sisters.), and we've been able to keep that bond all through the years, despite the distance, so it's always exciting to see them..plusss..I haven't been to VA since I was one, so I don't remember much of it.

Aww, no, I wish they were. My fiance can't get the time off of work to come along, so they are staying home with him. I am going to miss all 3 of my men sooo much. =[

I just sold Sprinkles this week and I am going on another one day road trip to Mississippi. That's the half way point. I am going to take Conner again. Maybe Lilly if I feel up to it. Should be fun. We had a blast on the last one day trip.
