Have you tried a Rottie rescue group in your area? Please don't take him to the shelter as a last resort. The shelters are full of them and their fate is not good.

I did not see the word "neutered" in your ad. Beware of puppy mill breeders who will snap him up. I would rather see him go to a "no kill" shelter where they screen applicants for adoption.
So sorry you could not commit to your beautiful dog. Hope he ends up in a great forever home.
It is so sad he has to leave a home where he has been for that long.
