I'm not quite sure how this site works. But if anyone reads this, would you please respond. I have a 6 mos old puppy. we went for a walk and shortly afterwrds she pooped all over the house. I took her for another walk and she vomited and her bowel movemnt was all liquid. I am watcing her now, and she seems okay. Just very quiet, as if she did something wrong. I was wondering, if I should be concerned. Thank you. Julia @ Jollijay@aol.com

I would take her to the vet. She could have picked up something and ate it or have some bacterial infection.

Has your puppy had all it's vaccinations? If not, or even if it's only had some of them, your pup could still pick up one of the nastier diseases like distemper or parvo. If it is a disease your puppy needs prompt attention from a vet.

Get to a vet right away. My neighbour's shihtzu behaved the same way and they think he picked up a bacteria on one of their walks. This needs medical intervention right away. Puppy is young and immune system is still immature.
Neighbour's dog is fine now but it was scary..he got very sick before getting better.
