Greetings Dog Lovers,
Dogs are our friends, comedians, protectors, confidants, and loving, cuddling companions.
Every dog has a unique personality, and, well… quirks that make them all the more special to us.
We think our pets are the funniest, smartest, cutest or strangest around. Share your most amazing, funniest, cutest, heartwarming, or strangest dog moment. Please include a photo (capturing their unique action, trait etc.) and description of what your dog does that is so unique. If your dog has a heartwarming tale that needs to be told then tell us your story! If you are not able to photograph this special characteristic then let your story paint the picture.

Pet Moments may be mailed to: P.O. Box: 564 Bernville, PA, 19506
Or emailed to doggymoments@cherpel.com
All moments are welcome so spread the word!

Please be aware photos may not be returned and written descriptions may be edited if there are space constraints. Your photos and descriptions may be chosen and featured in a book in which a
portion of the proceeds will be donated to help dogs in need (details available upon request).

Thank you,
Cheryl & Gizmo Adams (Shih Tzu)

Hello Everyone,
My Dog Gizmo is a 10mth old Shih Tzu he's adorable and has the greatest personality. Gizmo loves to have his back scratched (and thinks he knows best) so much that he will steal his brush and drop it in the center of the floor and roll over the bristles. Then he'll get up and rearrange the brush so it's hitting a better spot and roll over it again.
Usually in the process the brush will flip over on to it's back side several times, which he finds very frustrating. He rearranges and then lets out little grunting noises as he rolls over the bristles to show how good it feels. Eventually he realizes that he's not effective enough and the percentage of brush flips isn't in his favor, he'll pick up his brush and drag it over to my feet and drop it. He then looks up with his pleading eyes and seems to say "Mommy, I give up, brush me please!?!"

I'll have to include a pic of this soon. For now I can send one of him. This is a baby pic, but he still looks the same, still short, just a little longer, shih tzu style. (Oh and my husband, previously not a dog lover, reformed by Gizmo )
