You are right, some of the things people eat would not be eaten if they knew what was in it lol. I am a limey/scottish girl and I try and make all of the things I used to have when I was a kid. We have a great scottish butcher over here & I can get all of the things I love. Haggis, white & black pudding, steak & kidney pies ooooh I am getting hungry lol

I think the one thing you might like is the Haggis, honest I would not steer you wrong, it is really good. Like a spicey meat loaf. I wouldn't lie to you lol.
