7 pounds, gone!

I hopped on a scale yesterday, and I've lost 7 pounds! I was so excited, I went home and worked out after I walked the pups. I hurt today, but it's a good hurt. How's everybody else doing?

Wow thats great Cerbies! Do you have a defined goal? Hope that you feel better soon, eat oranges so you hurt so much from the exercise

Been doing good here, weather is as crazy as ever but what can we do about it.lol.

No, Jr. I do not have a defined goal. It's more of a "I'd like to fit into my real pants again." LOL. And congrats Susan, you're fighting a different battle, but you're getting what you want.

congrats on the 7lbs. As I read the post, and got to the "I was so proud of myself" line ... I was waiting for a "I had a pizza and a big bowl of ice cream to celebrate"

Keep up the good work!

Seven pounds is great, congratulations. That is 24500 calories of energy that you used up! If you haven't already, take your body measurements, because as we lose fat weight with proper exercising we can also gain muscle weight. Therefore, even if the scale doesn't say you lost a lot of weight (even though you did CM ) the inches will show your efforts. It keeps you going over the tough weeks of no scale movement.
