What's For Supper?

I thought it might be interesting to see what we all do or make for supper! It might also be interesting to see what kind of time it takes to make it, go get it, or what ever.

Tonight I made:
Tin cut pork chops in a Mushroom and Onion gravy.

Two side dishes:
Pork Stuffing and Acorn Sqaush.

For desert:
Carmaled banana's.

Served 4 in under 40 minutes

Good Idea: well lets see ummm
Stuffed pork tenderloin, homemade scalloped potatoes, brussell sprouts with cheese sauce. Oopes forgot dessert I had pumpkin pie and whipped cream. Took about 2 hours in total only because of the homemade scalloped potatoes. I will have the leftovers tomorrow lol.

I made Apache Stew. It took about an hour, but there's enough for tomorrow too.

We made scrambled eggs with diced onion and a little cheese, turkey bacon and a toasted reduced calorie cinnamon raisin bagel (we split it)..

I think it took us all of 20 minutes..maybe..and it was delicious, filling and healthy.

Oh my...you all go all out with desert and everything. I had something similar to chicken parmesan...not sure of the exact name. It took probably 30-40 mins but I had to prepare it in two steps...At 200 I breaded and cooked the chicken while the baby was asleep....at 630 I cooked the pasta, added the marinara and cheese and reheated the chicken. Desert..well I had banana split ice cream.

Love the sound of Apache Stew - what's in it?

We had spinach and potato frittata and salad made with fresh vegies from the garden and our own eggs. No dessert. No room! I love it when frittata is on the menu as my husband always makes it and I have a night off!
