This thread had really gone crazy, I think that's neat. We much be a bunch of food lovers here. I am not sure about thanksgiving yet, I may be going to VA. If I don't it will be turkey here, if I go there it will be fried turkey, I've never had it before.
A great thanksgiving treat for me is my cousin is back from Iraq safe and sound.

I have no idea of whats in the venison sausage. People give me the stuff. I just brown it with butter and garlic before putting it on the thin turkey breast slices. atahen roll it up and skewer it shut. Roll em in beaten egg and dust with flour. You can see I dont use alot of sesonings. The food is tastey already! 350 oven for 45 min. Then make a gravey packet he he and pour over the thing when done.

The reason I asked about the sausage was that around here we have 4 basic resipes for deer sausage.

Thanks, I'll let you know how it comes out!!!

We had a yummy Thai inspired coconut fish curry with spinach stirred through, and rice and poppadoms, and more of my husband's gorgeous home made mango ice cream. Mango season is so short you have to make the most of it!
