Excercise ball

I bought one, and my abs are thanking me (painfully). I'm liking it a lot, and I can do things on it while I'd normally be watching TV and being lazy. The hardest part was teaching Cerbie that it was not a giant toy, because I've thrown giant balls in the back yard for him. He's got it now, I even forgot and left it on the couch when I went out the other day. I would have to say it is my favorite piece of excercise equipment.

If you lift weights use it as your bench. It will help improve your overall tone as it engages more muscles than a bench would.

good for you. i ordered "the total core" due to having arthritis in my lower back and neck problems, so i can't do regular crunches. i like this machine cause you work the back, abs and obliques. i can hardly wait till it comes.

i tried the ball, but it is to hard on my back.

good luck.

keep us posted.
rest in peace my little Nikko. until we meet again. momma misses you and her heart aches every time she thinks of you, wishing you were still here to play with Joey and Elsa.

exercise balls are awesome! you can do so many things and in so many angles on it, especially with weights too!

even though I have a small dog, he loves my ball too..but was terrified when I first brought it home, lol.
