Everyone should add fruits and veggies and drink more water to start. Make sure you drink every 15 minutes when exercising. Make sure you have water available for your dog on walks especially when everyone is out of shape. But think about it, even if you swim, you need to drink to stay hydrated. Eat more small meals than 3 big ones.

I have been using the crock pot to make sure that I am not snacking for dinner. Remember that health means your blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. So eat oatmeal, cereal with fiber.

How is everyone doing?

well i totally blew it. i have been so busy the last few weeks and with joey being out of commission. one more week then he can go on walks. Elsa is now in heat and so she will have to wait. i am hoping that she is finished by 12/13 but i doubt it.

i am going to have to squeeze in my exercise time now. but i am not disappointed that i haven't been exercising with all the work that has been going on around here. it has been a zoo.
rest in peace my little Nikko. until we meet again. momma misses you and her heart aches every time she thinks of you, wishing you were still here to play with Joey and Elsa.

I have been good about water and eating breakfast. Everyone should eat breakfast and make sure there is some protein because it curbs your appetite more than carbs.

I am in the process of getting the harnesses for the dogs so we can start doing the scooter we got. Hopefully, I don't fall on my shoulder. That is why it has taken so long to get going.

I am going to start massaging the dogs every morning because it will calm them and relax Mauree and Barb's tight muscles from running after each other around and around.

What is everyone else doing?

That's so great that you stopped smoking! I'm sooooo proud of you! Keep it up!

I've been incorporating way more fruits and veggies than normal. I always do really good with the water, but I've not kicked the caffeine like I'd planned. I want to do yoga, but I fell on my elbow, and I've had to take it easy with that arm for a week or so.

I have been working my butt off at work, we're moving to a new location at the end of the month, so we're having to go through everything.

Has been kicking my butt. My butt can't quite fit into the old pants, but I'm getting there, and I'm noticing my arms and abs are more toned.

I cant remember where I read this advice at but sadly I fail at this:

Eat breakfast like a king.

Lunch like a prince.

And dinner as a beggar.

I actually dont even eat breakfast...eat some lunch, but supper always biggest meal....kinda the opposite...wonder if thats why I am gaining weight now im in my 20s?
