GeeGee

I got GeeGee at Noon, this Sunday, May 30th.

She is a skelleton...a bag of bones...

I am taking her to the vet tomarrow, to have her weight documented and stuff, because she is in that bad of shape...

The person fixing to get her thought I was lieing when I called her last night to tell her that she is skinny as heck, because she has known the lady I got her from for a while...

If I gave her in the condition she is in now, SHE would think I had neglected to feed her for a week and stuff...

She should be 4 pounds... I doubt that she will make 2.5

We will see tomarrow, please if you read this pray for this little one Tuesday, shes in bad shape.

We are feeding her around the clock, and I am cooking her rice, chicken, and carrots for tonights supper with her kibble.

I couldnt get her in today to the vets, they are booked, so tomarrow at 10AM is her appointment.

She got a bath today, soaked her in conditioner because her skin is so cracked and dryed.

GeeGee was evaluated by my vet today.

She was underweight, slightly, but of couse I been feeding her all day long for 3 days...she weighted in at 3.8, she should be closer to 5 pounds.

Her eyes are shot, the drops they were suppose to give me (but were empty) that she was suppose to ABSOLUTLY have were to dry out the eye and shrink it, no use in the drops anymore. The other eye has a cataract.

Her teeth need more pulled, as they are loose and some are extreamly tartared. She was surprized she could eat dry food.

Her ears are dry and stuff from dehydration/lack of nutrients. She has enough wax build up in her ears for a candle...she cleaned that out

We found tumors started on her breasts from not being fixed early in life.

The lady I got her from is insulted because I took her to the vet a few days after I got her. If it was up to me, I would have taken her to the vet THAT DAY. She was that skinny I wanted her weight right then and there.

Anyways, the lady she is going to has been going back n forth with her, arguing...

To top things off, she didnt have her meds, smelled like urine, and was grossly under weight, AND didnt have her recent vet papers.

She wasnt taking care of bussiness! Fail...

She has Glaucoma? If so, I have some generic Trusopt drops left over from Coco that you are welcome to have if you wanna send me your address. (pm me) The stuff is kinda pricey so waste not want not kinda thing. I'm sure you already know but I'll say it anyway...Glaucoma is very painful. It's like a continuing horrible headache in the eye. Left untreated, the eye will implode. I used to get Trusopt at $85 for about a 3 month supply but hooked up with a Canadian pharmacy for the generic at less than half the cost! Good ole US of A doesn't even acknowledge the existence of a generic form of Trusopt!
