my experience with my 4 dogs is, the 2 females will pee in no particular order, first out first to pee! then the 2 males will have to sniff and pee over the girls pee. again no particular order of who goes first. Actually most of the time the boys will go at the same time on the same spot. I have never had any fights over pee. the tennis ball.... thats a different story
