My vet has declined to give further rabies vaccines on any of my pets with a terminal illness for several years. It's something we discuss between the two of us and make that decision together.

Yes, I do. The biggest concern (which is basically a non-issue) being that the dog could bite someone and be out of date on the vaccine, but truly, a dog with a terminal illness is most likely homebound.
